The rotator blasting
header sets new performance benchmarks in surface capacity, cleaning
technique and surface restoration. The new rotator blasting nozzle
enables an absolute gentle, effective and environment-friendly way of
cleaning in dry, haze and wet process.
With the rotator blasting header it is possible to execute three
different blasting techniques with one basic nozzle. There`s the
advantage of adapting quickly and optimally to the varying cleaning
conditions and to achieve optimal cleaning results. By changing special
single components the basic nozzle can be used effectively and
economically as rotator, flat or round blasting nozzle.

Rotator blasting nozzle
The air jet inside the nozzle is rotated with the help of a rotator body.
The finely distributed blasting particles in the rotating air flow are
led softly over the cleaning surface. Thereby a fine and grinding
cleaning effect is achieved.

Flat blasting nozzle
A high surface capacity is achieved. The round jet is formed inside the
flat blasting nozzle to a spatulate flat jet. The blasting width is
about 15 - 30 cm.

Round blasting nozzle
Classic jet for universal applications. The Venturi - round blasting
nozzle accelerates the mixture of air and blasting abrasive in a conic
way. The blasting particles carom directly to the surface with high
speed. The round blasting nozzle is qualified for removing paints, rust,
plaster and keying surfaces and many more.

The nozzle size determines the compressed
air consumption at a constant blasting pressure , as well as the size of
the compressor and its requisite driving energy, but also the blasting
power and the blasting means consumption. Therefore, the nozzle size
must be carefully selected in relation to the object (see table):
