Fast-Action cut off System - SV Electric-Pneumatic

By conventional cut off systems the time bet-
ween using the security switch (dead man
switch) and stopping the system is very long.
This means a considerable endangering for
the blasting person. By application of the
fast-action  cut off system SV the time
between using the security switch and stop-
ping the system is reduced to under
1 second.
 
The fast-action cut off system
can be added to every blasting boiler without
greater expenditure.With this cut off system
the requirement of the German UVV-Strahl-
arbeiten §15, 1 (VBG 48) are fulfilled.

Function:

By applying the security switch (dead man
switch) the flow of blasting material is re-
leased. The relieve valve is closed simultan-
ously. If the security switch is unleashed, the
flow of blasting material stopps abruptly and
the blasting hose is relieved by opening the
relieve valve.
