One of the many advantages of Radler&Ruf’s blasting plants in the choice of different dust aspiration. You can chose between dust aspiration for normal use and dust aspiration for extremely high demands. A subsequent backfitting is possible at any time. . You can chose between extremely effective dust aspiration, appropriate to high demands or normal use. A subsequent backfitting from normal to more effective aspiration is possible at any time.

When using the suction and pressure blasting principle compressed air and blasting materials are adwithted to the blasting head in different tubes. The blasting abrasive is aspirated in the blasting head by the pulled-ahead air jet. It is mixed up with the air and is thrown on the component with high speed. When using the pressure blasting mode, the blasting means is located in a pressure tank. It is pressed in the blasting hose by the pressure in the tank, mixed up with the pulled-ahead air and strongly accelerated. The composite is applied to the jet nozzle by a hose and thrown on the component with very high speed over the carbide nozzle. Both processes have their advantages. Which technology is most appropriate for you can be resolved in a counselling interview.
